Wisconsin Dells

Located in southern Wisconsin, the roots of Wisconsin Dell's are based on glacier-carved sandstone formations. The Wisconsin River flows through the city, and as a result, both industry and entertainment are mainly water-based activities.

The town has numerous theme parks and entertainment centers, e.g., the Noah's Ark Water Park and the Mt. Olympus Water and Theme Park. Even the city's official website mentions that Wisconsin Dells is home to more waterparks per capita than anywhere else on the planet.

Worth mentioning are Mirror Lake State Park, known for nature trails and camping, Dells of the Wisconsin River State Natural Area, which is perfect for boating fans; and Bowman Park, which is full of playgrounds and ball games spots. The Pine Aire Country Club is also found in the city.

Beautiful landscapes full of camping sites, rock climbing, and cross-country hiking are all over the place. Finally, there is the unique Dell Creek State Wildlife Area.
